How to use CREATE Blend
OPTION 1: Before bed, place a generous amount of oil on the bottoms of your feet and cover with cotton socks. If you prefer to not wear garments on your feet then use the oil around your navel & behind the ears. While applying, set your intention by speaking out loud the words“ I WILL or I HAVE” followed by your needs wants and desires to create the life you deserve. OPTION 2: Before bed, place 4 drops in a diffuser, set your intention & let the diffuser run until empty.In addition write each of your desires on a sticky note & place in a familiar spot to read daily.
